EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

- Exchange and Return Policy

1- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.

2- If the payment for the order has been processed and we have not received any transfer or payment confirmation, the bank through which the payment was made is responsible and should be contacted.

3- For payments made via available methods such as Apple Pay, bank transfer, Visa, or cash on delivery, the refund will be processed directly by the company to the customer's account via bank transfer only. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4- When exchanging any product for another, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

5- Conditions for accepting customer returns:

  • The return must be made within 15 days of the payment date.
  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories included.
  • The product must not have been damaged by misuse, such as incorrect electrical connections, broken or damaged wiring, scratches, or cuts.
  •  Attach the original purchase invoice for exchange or return to help us provide you with a fast return service.
